Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.

Your use of BizPilot is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe it has been breached.

• Unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Attempting to access another workspace's data or another user's account.
• Probing, scanning or circumventing security or rate limits without written authorisation.
• Uploading malware, or content you have no right to upload.
• Automated scraping or bulk harvesting of data.

You retain ownership of the records you enter. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display that data in order to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter, including customer and staff personal information, and for having a lawful basis to process it.

Paid plans, where offered, are billed as described at the point of purchase. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; BizPilot does not store card numbers or CVV data.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades and third-party outages may cause downtime. No service-level agreement is offered on current plans.

Integrations you enable are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or handling of data once you authorise them.

The AI Business Assistant generates suggestions from your own workspace records. Output may be incomplete or wrong. It is informational only and is not accounting, tax, legal, payroll or financial advice. You remain responsible for reviewing your records and for the decisions you make. AI usage is subject to fair-use limits.

BizPilot, its software, design and branding remain our property. These terms grant you no rights in them other than the right to use the service.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected abuse, non-payment, or legal requirement. You may stop using BizPilot at any time and request deletion of your account.

Workspace owners and admins can export business records as JSON from Settings → Security & privacy, and can submit an account-deletion request there. Deletion is processed through a controlled workflow so records with legal retention obligations are not destroyed prematurely.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that reports, calculations or AI output are error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Where legally permitted, you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or from data you entered without the necessary rights or lawful basis.

Governing law and jurisdiction are to be confirmed with legal counsel before commercial launch and will be stated in this section at that time.

We may modify the service and these terms. Material changes are published here with a new version number and date, and previous versions are recorded in the Privacy Policy change record.
